whoaa.link provides a URL shortening service. You may use our service to create shortened links to lawful content that you have the right to link to or access. You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. link expiration and deletion

Links created through our service are valid for a period of 3 months from their last use. After this period, if a link remains unused, it may be automatically deleted from our system. We reserve the right to delete any link at any time without notice.

Links that violate our Terms of Service may be deleted immediately. We may also delete links upon receiving valid legal complaints or requests from copyright holders or their legal representatives.

4. prohibited uses

You may not use whoaa.link for:

5. pro subscriptions

whoaa.link may offer premium features through paid Pro subscriptions. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the whoaa.link website or via email.

6. intellectual property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by whoaa.link and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or delete your account through the dashboard.
